My name is Dan Marold, also known as Daniel Marold, and this website represents my truth, my lessons, and my promise for the future.

For years, my name has been connected to Chill6™, a powdered amino acid drink I developed after decades of battling panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and dependency on prescription medication. What started as a mission to help people quickly became a journey of hard lessons about compliance, integrity, and the importance of doing things the right way.

What Happened with Chill6™

In 2022, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Department of Justice (DOJ) raised concerns about the original formulation of Chill6™, which contained Phenibut HCl, an ingredient not approved for dietary supplements. The product was also marketed with claims that, under

U.S. law, classified it as an “unapproved new drug.”

While the language of the complaint may sound severe, here is the full truth: I complied 100% with the FDA and DOJ’s requests from start to finish. Because of my full cooperation, no charges were ever brought against me. My customers’ safety has always been my top priority, and I chose responsibility and transparency over resistance.

This experience humbled me, and it taught me that good intentions are never enough, products must be built on science, compliance, and complete honesty.
